Chapman Las Vegas Dodge Holiday Spectacular to Raise Funds for Wounded Warriors Project

For service men and women returning from the front lines and suffering from traumatic injuries, post-traumatic stress disorder and the agony of adjusting to a new “normal,” life back at home is challenging. The Wounded Warrior Project aids service personnel lead happy, productive lives after they come home through various programs and outreach. Chapman Las Vegas Dodge is proud to partner with Wounded Warrior for a Holiday Spectacular to raise funds and awareness of the needs of our veterans.

The Holiday Spectacular begins at 7pm on Sunday, Dec. 8, 2013 at the M Pavilion in Las Vegas and features Clint Holmes and Fred Williamson, along with musical guests Kelly Clinton, The Turning Point Trio, The Swing City Dolls, the US Army Color Guard, and Next Movement, under the musical direction of Bill Fayne. Tickets are available at the M Box Office and are $20; VIP seating is $25. Tickets also are available at Chapman Dodge said Celina Ott, Customer Service Specialist and Holiday Spectacular organizer.

“Chapman Dodge supports several charities in our community, and the Wounded Warrior Project allows us to help our brave men and women who have served in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars,” Ott said. “We are passionate about giving back to our nation’s armed forces and supporting the men and women who fight for our freedom.”

A raffle will be held at the event and includes a custom-made diamond necklace donated by performer Clint Holmes. In addition, Chapman Dodge has made 600 Dri Cool sports shirts that will be sold for $30 plus a donation. All proceeds will go to the Wounded Warrior Project from the raffle and shirt sales. There also will be a donation box at the event for cash or check donations, Ott said. Chapman Dodge has set a goal of raising $75,000 for the Wounded Warrior Project.
