The redesigned 2019 Ram 1500 has high-end luxury equipment, excellent amenities and amazing creature comforts. It’s longer, wider, lighter and more durable and has fresh styling, a more upright appearance and an upscale interior. The 2019 Ram 1500 does more than make a much bolder visual statement. It’s now reigns as the new king of luxury pickups

Improved Powertrain

The top-of-the-line, uber-luxury-minded, four-door 2019 Ram 1500 Limited is an example of why the Ram 1500 is now king of the luxury pickups. While the standard model has a 305 horsepower, 3.6-liter V6 engine, the upgraded Limited is powered by a 395 horsepower, 5.7liter Hemi V8 bolstered by a mild-hybrid 48-vold ‘eTorque’ system. For models with the V6 engine, this adds as much as 90 pound-feet of torque. In the V8, it provides an additional 130 pound-feet of torque. It makes the pickup truck faster and improves its gas mileage on both the V7 and Hemi V8 models.

The Hemi V8’s acceleration is smooth, strong and responsive consistently and works with a sweet-shifting, 8-speed rotary-dial-controlled, automatic transmission. Together they give the 2019 Ram 1500 12,750 pounds of trailer-towing capacity. Yet, it handles easily and rides well, particularly when equipped with its air suspension. Rear-drive is standard on the 2019 1500, but there’s also an optional four-wheel-drive system. It’s also available with a wide range of bed lengths and cab configurations and options like a power tailgate release, rear fender based locking storage compartments, tri-fold soft tonneau cargo bed cover and power deployable running boards. Plus, accident avoidance systems like adaptive cruise control, forward auto-braking, lane-departure warning and blind-spot monitoring featuring rear cross-traffic detection are also available. If you want to check out any Dodge Ram, you can head to Chapman Dodge Las Vegas and see what one fits your lifestyle.

The Interior

Inside the top trims of the 2019 Ram 1500 is roomy, comfortable, well-finished and has top-shelf amenities. They include elegant leather trimmed steering wheel, dashboard and doors with a herringbone pattern. The front and rear seats are heated and ventilated, there are front bucket seats and three large adults can fit comfortably in the roomy back seat. There’s also rear in-floor bins for additional out-of-sight storage and an available panoramic dual-pane power sunroof.

An Incredible Infotainment System

The Ram 1500 Limited has a 12-inch vertically-mounted tablet-computer-like display in the middle of the dashboard that’s configurable, intuitive, responds to both gesture and touch control and runs the FCA Uconnect multimedia system’s latest version. Other models feature 5.0 and 8.4-inch displays. The truck also has full smartphone connectivity, Bluetooth, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay interfaces, SiriusXM satellite radio and streaming music. A mobile app lets owners lock, unlock and start the vehicle remotely, find it in crowded parking lots and send it navigation destination entries.

Available Innovative Technology

While a rear-view monitor is standard equipment, there’s an available 360-degree surround view camera system for safer and easier parking. A newly available Active Noise Cancellation system creates serenity within the cabin, while an optional 900 watts Harmon Kardon 19-speaker premium audio array fills the cabin with beautiful music.

This pickup truck is king of the hill.

FCA announced production of the 797-horsepower Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye has begun in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. While the exact date the new Dodge Challenger SRT Redeye will begin being delivered has not been announced, the fact that the production of the vehicle has begun means the latest Mopar muscle car will be in dealerships nationwide and hit the streets soon. For true muscle car enthusiasts, this is cause for celebration. It’s a moment they’ve been waiting for since FCA said production of this new iteration of the iconic Challenger SRT Hellcat was slated to start in late September.

Worth The Wait

While the 2019 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat’s production schedule has begun a week later than originally announced, this powerful new beast is worth the wait. The recent confirmation by FCA that their new Mopar muscle car is making its way through the assembly line as you read this, means you can start making room in your garage, putting the financing in place and wondering how envious your neighbors will be when you begin rolling around in this wonderful new beast. Originally, the company had announced late September as the time the 2019 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat production would begin, but even with the later start muscle car fans are glad production is now underway. While you won’t be able to pick one up for a while, you can check out a number of Dodge vehicles at Chapman Las Vegas Dodge.

Being Built Today

According to the statement released by FCA, the 2019 Dodge Challengers featuring the Hellcat Redeye package are now on the assembly line in their production facility in Canada. For people who were the first to order this new Dodge muscle car with the new Redeye package, their supercharged performance cars will be completed any day now and delivered to their local dealer. By Halloween they could be enjoying the ultimate grown up treat after being tricked about the initial production date. It is a comforting thought for people waiting with baited breath to know their car may be being built today.

FCA has not released a clear timetable noting when they will actually being delivering the 2019 Challenger Hellcat Redeye to the dealers. The company is simply saying they will begin shipping them sometime this fall. That reams the new Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye should begin appearing on showroom floors by December 21st. Buyers eagerly awaiting delivery of their mean 797-horsepower driving machine should be mindful that early owners of the original Hellcat as well as the Demon also had to wait for the first wave of vehicles to arrive as the company quality control testing to ensure that they were perfect.

Now that the 2019 Challenger Hellcat Redeye’s production run has officially begun, it’s reasonable to expect the vehicles will be in showrooms and driveways by the end of the year. While buyers anticipated having their new muscle cars a little bit earlier, they will have a lot to be thankful for if Santa Claus puts a speed demon under the tree and they can welcome the New Year being among the first to drive this exciting new muscle car.
